There has been another recall of certain lots of NP Thyroid by Acella in the U.S.

How quickly would the sub-potency be noticed with increased hypothyroid symptoms?

I don’t know the answer to your question but I checked the numbers on mine and they’re not the recalled ones. Have you checked yours?

Yes there has but last time my nhs pharmacist said the difference was so negible that they dont recall tablets in for such a small difference so carried on taking them. I havent had a request from the pharmacist this time round either so am assuming its not a biggie. If needs be will take tadge more every few days if I have one of the affected pots.......havent checked yet.

To be honest there has been far more recalls for the synthectics but no one metiona them.....lol.

Any chance we can post a pin on this Thyroid uk? .....there has been a lot of posts about this?

I suppose one might notice quite quickly if T3 has a half life of 2-3 days and T4 a bit longer than that. Depends how sub potent it is as well, I presume and how well optimised you are in the first place. Shame about all these problems with NDT. I dread when I run out of ThyroidS, it all seems to be getting worse and worse.
