Hi
My blood tests for thyroid came up as high TSH. Can anyone interpret these blood test results for me please and if they are linked to high TSH. Thank you.

I can't see any thyroid blood tests on this page, is there another page? Do you have results for TSH, free T4 and free T3? Each with their ranges.
Looking at previous post your TSH was 6
Common for vitamin levels to be low when hypothyroid
Ferritin is on low side. Aiming for half way through range
MCHC is low
Suggests anaemia

Low MCh also suggests anaemia

You need vitamin D tested too
Obviously you need thyroid antibodies tested too
Your MCV - Mean Cell Volume is very low in range. This indicates that your red cells are small and will be not very good at transporting oxygen around your body. Small red blood cells are indicative of iron deficiency, although you aren't officially anaemic. Anaemia is indicated by low haemoglobin, and yours is not too bad.
[High MCV = large red blood cells. This would indicate that B12 and/or folate was low - but yours are both fine. Note that it is entirely possible to have both low iron and low B12/folate in the same body. MCV might not look terribly bad in that situation, so MCV can't normally be relied on on it's own. Neither small or large red blood cells are good at transporting oxygen around the body and both situations can leave people breathless.]
But being anaemic is not essential before treating an iron deficiency (or a B12 or folate deficiency, for that matter).
Your ferritin is roughly 10% of the way through the range. Many of us on this forum aim to get ferritin to roughly mid-range or a little bit over. But it isn't a good idea to supplement iron on the basis of just a ferritin result for reasons given in this thread :

If you got an iron panel done you could post the results and reference ranges on the forum in a new post and ask for feedback. If you live in the UK, these links will be helpful if you want to test privately. The first link gives you some discount codes that will save money if they are relevant to any tests you buy.
