Is anybody having problems sourcing the Mercury brand in the UK by any chance?

We usually suggest that members contact the manufacturer - Advanz (who own the Mercury Pharma brand). Too often we have read of supply issues only to find that this was some misapprehension of the pharmacist. Maybe there was an issues which is now resolved.

Hi, many thanks. I have just called them and they say there is no issue with distribution so obviously just an issue with my Pharmacy getting the right brand. Thanks again.

That was quick!

Obviously, over the years, we have seen genuine shortages and distribution issues. But I'd put a tenner on there being far more of these questionable "explanations" by pharmacies than manufacturer issues.

I had the same problem 2 weeks ago. Was told that they had tried everywhere and couldn’t get Mercury pharma. They’re usually so good at getting what I use. Jo xx
