COVID vaccine and thyroid blood tests ?

Hi all,

I’m just throwing this question out there , there may be no definitive answer, but would appreciate any views,

I’m hoping to do my private thyroid/ vitamin blood next Monday with Medichecks, - I’d forgotten that my 2 nd Covid vaccine was due this Friday,.... I’m curious to know if the vaccine could somehow skew my blood results.... or make some difference to them?

I don't know but would take a guess at not, because the COVID jab is altering immunity so unless you were having antibodies measured, I can't see it effecting thyroid hormone levels.

Thank you for your response Radd. I’m thinking the same way as you , no I’m not getting antibodies checked .
