Day Five of T3 - feel like a plant that has finally been watered! 😀

Positive post alert! Since adding a small dose of T3 three times a day I am utterly astounded at the difference it has made.

By the end of day one joint pain had eased significantly (didn’t need HRT after all maybe?)

Today I have so far cleaned the house from top to bottom (apart from smelly teenagers room 🤣🤣) been to the supermarket and contemplating doing a few jobs in the garden - but don’t want to push my luck.

It’s been years since I’ve cleaned the whole house in the same day and it’s not a big house.

Utterly amazed, I understand and fully appreciate that I’ve embarked on a long and bumpy journey but I’m buckled up for the ride!

After being on T4 only since 2009 and getting progressively less energetic or enthusiastic about life in general today is a very good day so though I’d share 🤗

No doubt, T3 is miraculous for many who haven't improved on levothyroxine. Even a combination works for many, i.e. T4/T3.

So glad you have found a huge difference so quickly. I must admit when I went back to ndt after levo only it took weeks. My body is so lazy!I hope this new energy continues. 🙂

Great news and long may it continue! I know that feeling of being like a wilted flower that finally gets some water and then starts to recover each day!
