She'll also send my results to an endocrinologist and see what they recommend, this could take awhile. I was hoping that someone would be able to help me understand my results in the meantime and offer any advice as I am now at my wits end as always thank you for your support.

Results definitely show under medicated

Which brand of levothyroxine do you get

Do you always get same brand at each prescription

Bloods should be retested 6-8 weeks after dose increase in levothyroxine

ESSENTIAL to test vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 too

What vitamin supplements are you currently taking

All thyroid tests should be done as early as possible in morning before eating or drinking anything other than water and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test

Brands change each time but past few scripts have been same purple box not sure brand name would have to check ... I take high dose vit D as last results I was really low ... they won’t check my antibodies until next time .. I’ll also ask god the others that you suggested thanks 🙏🏾

Looking at previous posts and nothing on your profile

Have you had thyroid antibodies tested for autoimmune thyroid disease also called Hashimoto’s

About 90% of primary hypothyroidism is autoimmune thyroid disease

If GP has never tested antibodies in past ....get them tested at next test along with vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12

You look very under medicated to me. Don't go beyond six weeks before requesting a restart or getting them done privately yourself - you look like you'll need a further increase.

Thanks I’m hoping that the endo will get me on track as I’m at my wits end now ... can’t cope with the exhaustion 🤦🏻‍♀️

Yes, those thyroid numbers are really dire and it would be shocking if you were anything other than exhausted all the time. I can tell from the numbers that you must be feeling absolutely awful. You definitely need a dose increase. Have you tried omitting gluten and/or dairy? I just wonder if you have an absorption issue as the numbers are pretty horrific for 100 mcg levo. No antibiotics or anything recently?

Knocking out dairy seems to help my absorption a tiny bit and when I went gluten free I learned that digestion isn’t supposed to hurt! Who knew?! It is different for all of us though and in my case, was borne out of desperation to try anything to feel better!

Thanks for your advice yes I’m gluten free but struggle to cut out all dairy, I limit my consumption, however. I’m at a place where I’ll now try anything !! I’m thinking I’ll wait till I get word back from the endo and listen to their advice which hopefully will involve further extensive tests (please) before starting on T3 and have further tests in 6 weeks to see if the levo higher dose makes a difference, but i can’t see how my T3 will change much ? I just feel that perhaps there’s underlying issues that have led to this and I just want to be fixed and not feel this way 🤦🏻‍♀️
