Raised lymphocytes and red blood cell count and low T4. Dr says I need to potentially start taking T4 not just T3

Hello all,

I am currently on 50mg of T3 and am feeling just shocking, no energy, feel like i have the flu. Only in my 40s but feel 100. I had some recent bloods done with the result of:

! Serum free T4 level - 5.8pmol/L12.00 - 22.00pmol/L

Serum free T3 level - 3.6pmol/L 3.10 - 6.80pmol/L

Red Blood Cell Count – 5.07 – 3.80-4.80

Lymphocyte count – 3.87 - 1.00-3.00

Differential white cell count – occasional atypical lymphocytes present

I am potentially going to be referred onto haematology as seems some indication of an infection but wondering if anyone else has had similar results?

Was test done as early as possible in morning before eating or drinking anything other than water

Last 1/3rd of daily T3 roughly 8-12 hours before test

What vitamin supplements are you currently taking

When were vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 last tested

Yes no eating or drinking beforehand and my last T3 was 10 hours before. Serum Folate is low but Vit D, Ferritin and B12 tested in Feb and all normal. Currently taking Better You Multivit spray
