possibility?

Hi, anyone on here taking Levo with Prednisolone.

Im very agitated the whole time and feel like im now hyper instead of hypo.

Does Levo react badly with Pred?

I have occasionally had to take a short course of Prednisolone (just a week at a dose of 40mg daily) and I've had no problems with those, I keep the Pred well away from my thyroid meds.

I'm on Hydrocortisone rather than Prednisilone (I have adrenal insufficiency) it's advised to take your thyroid meds at a different time to the Pred. I actually take my Levothyroxine when I wake in the night.

Hi, I only take a low dose of levo 50mcg, and have tapered down from 20 to 8 mcg of pred for polymyalgia. I try to take the levo at least an hour before anything else (including coffee), but generally do take the pred about an hour later. I haven't noticed any issue with taking the two.
