Can’t tolerate Progesterone

I would like to hear from folks who took progesterone and it made them feel more hypo or messed with their cortisol or made them feel unwell in any way.

I take it for ten days as part of Hrt and yes I feel awful on it. I have even been given the bioidentic type of it but still am absolutely wiped out, lightheaded, nauseous. The list goes on!

Thanks, Rock chick. I feel tired and bloated all the time, I was on 100 mg Utrogestan daily until a week ago. I’ve been having mood swings, anxiety, rage that would not go away after thyroid meds adjustment. Then I came across the stories about Mirena coil on the internet and was relieved that I’ve found the probable cause of my problems.
