Hey guys, hope you are all keeping safe and well!
For those that are GF, do you still eat “may contain” and/or “produced in environment that handles”? Or do you avoid this, too?
Thanks!

I avoid‘’May contain’ but do have products that say ‘made in same factory as....’ As I’m gluten intolerant but not a coeliac.I’m taking the opinion it’s all a bit of a balance!
Thanks buddy! Yeh I’m not coeliac either so guessing it’s risky for them but less so for us. Wanna give it a good go if I can though init. Was gutted to realise the beetroot I was eating wasn’t GF due to the vinegar. Live and learn!
It’s all a learning curve; I didn’t realise for ages that Marmite wasn’t GF. I posted recently re GF bread recipes and one member recommended a US website called the art of gluten free baking. The ‘base’ flour recipe on here is excellent (a mix of tapioca, sweet rice, brown rice flour) & the few cakes I’ve made so far from this site are delicious! Worth a look!
Yuk!! Marmite!!!!
Well to be honest I’m using this opportunity to eat less rubbish too. When I tried GF last year I ended up eating rubbish and cakes and biscuits that were all GF but exceptionally bad for me so thanks for the tips but I’ll give it a miss as I certainly don’t need encouragement when it comes to cake 🍰😂🐷
