There is a really helpful article in the Health section of today's Daily Mail, giving simple instructions of what to actually ask for when requesting Medical Records. If someone could add a link for me, as I don't know how, I would be grateful.

You only have to copy the URL from the top of the page then paste it into your message. That's on a PC, no idea with other devices

I think we should all be able to have our paper records ourselves if that is what we want. Doctors obviously cannot be trusted with them.
