Have had horrendous issues with scouring T3, can’t get from Germany + phoned nearly every chemist on file list none can honor prescription because doctor is based in Ireland + script was via email, + the cost for 28 tablets is astronomical so well out of my reach
I have no choice but to go back on le levothyroxine
Prior to introducing T3 was on 150 mg
Do I increase 12.5 mg or 25 mg + build dose back up to original 150 mg dose + over what time do I increase extra dosage
Hope this has some clarity?
Thanking in advance

Nothing I haven’t met him face to face, had video link for consultation, he advised me to do saliva test for cortisol + hair analysis test which came up heavy metal + arsenic
He advised me for adrenal test + I think that test was wrong because it came up 3xhigh + 1 low, prior to this I had low cortisol + was admitted to hospital, so doesn’t make sense to be high, he hasn’t acknowledged my messages + can only be contacted via better health site
I’m so fed up of this one step forward + 3 back,
Yes 1 tab 20 mg left
I thought I could take that tomorrow with 50 mg of T4 + day after add 12.5 or 25 mg more levo + increase every week thereafter??
Emailed prescriptions are often rejected. How can the pharmacy know whether it has already been used?
Some pharmacies which have, in the past, been happy to dispense against UK prescriptions, asked for an email of the prescription as a first step. Then required the actual prescription to be sent.
I will wait + hopefully have a reply from roseway , Would you be able to give your opinion as to whether I should stay on 50 mg for a week or so or increase slightly
Afraid I have never taken T3. I suspect people who have will have a more useful opinion than my guesses! Having to switch as you are doing is not that unusual.
Thank you for the info, am waiting on pharmacy in London to reply to email I sent earlier today, prior to this have phoned numerous chemist on link on this site + was told the prescription has to be from uk ,
