Best way to swap from one NDT to another?

Hi guys,

My current NDT is nearly at an end and I'm swapping to another. Is it best to do a slow changeover or just a straight swap from one to another? My last change was straight from one to the other with no ill effects.

Thanks for any advice

I swapped from Thyroid S to Thyro- Gold a few months ago. As they are capsules I went for as close as I could to straight swap, I didn’t fancy faffing around with powder. It seemed to be fine with no i’ll effects although not as good as I was, I did need to add a little T3. Need to do bloods again to check progress accurately.
