Dr recommended it for migraines then I later read maybe not ok? Now unsure

I take Q10 (as Ubiquinol form) and haven't seen anything about it not being a good idea if hypothyroid. Have you got a link to what you've read please?
I take it at opposite ends of the day to my thyroid meds.

I take CoQ10, around four hours after my thyroid meds. Everyone can potentially react differently to supplements, but I've not encountered anything negative.
It doesn't help when their information is a bit contradictory
CoQ10 is also used to treat heart failure and other heart conditions, possibly helping to improve some symptoms and lessen future cardiac risks when combined with regular medications, but the evidence is conflicting.
And
Risks. People with chronic diseases such as heart failure, kidney or liver problems, or diabetes should be wary of using this supplement.
I'll try and find time to do some research but a very quick look has found
consumerlab.com/answers/can...
Having an overactive or underactive thyroid has been shown to affect levels of CoQ10 in the body. However, there doesn't appear to be research on whether CoQ10 supplementation affects thyroid hormone levels or thyroid medication. This is discussed in the "Cautions and Concerns" section of the CoQ10 and Ubiquinol Supplements Review, along with information about other potential drug interactions with CoQ10.
Maybe someone else has something to add.
I also take CoQ10 as ubiquinol form. It was recommended by a functional medical person to support energy. She advised taking it at least 2 hours after thyroid meds.
I have taken CoQ10 for years, decades before my hypo diagnosis and levo prescription, and have noticed no interaction or ill-effects at all. Obviously I take it two hours or more away from my levo, as I do any other supplement.
Are people taking CoQ10 to treat migraines or other symptoms or just to improve health generally?
