Pulse high

Hello

Sorry to keep posting.

Switching to Erfa from Thyroid S. Struggled with straight switch, so alternated as of yesterday between Erfa and TS with a view to ease over fully to TS.

Feel a bit nauseous, but more of a concern is that my pulse is 94bpm. It is usually around 70bpm.

Should I miss my dose tonight? It's the Erfa that is the problem.

Thanks
