Pre workouts and Hashimoto's

Hello -

I'm reaching out to see if anyone has looked into an appropriate pre workout to have in the morning with Hashimoto's? I'm currently switching my workout to the mornings and finding it hard to work out on an empty stomach. Usually I take my levo in the morning. Should I switch taking medication to middle of the night? Any suggestions greatly appreciated!

Many people either take levothyroxine at bedtime or in middle of night when get up for the loo

Just move morning dose earlier into middle of night

Don’t do a workout on an empty stomach you’ll just flag. At least have half a banana or a protein shake
