Tru Thyroid

I ordered 800 Tru Thyroid on the 13th December, it shows paid on the order section of the website but nothing about shipping. I've messaged them twice with no reply. Has anyone else had this problem. In other posts it says they get back straight away so I'm wondering why they haven't replied.

I'm getting to the end of my Thyroid S so getting a bit worried. Since reading on here that Thyroid S needs to be swallowed, I have felt much better, no racing heart etc, I have been on them a year. Before that I was on Thiroyd which I loved and before that erfa, but I'm in the UK and the price for it on private prescription was ridiculous. Has anyone had communication with Try thyroid in the last couple of weeks

Is it being delivered by the Royal Mail? If so they have a massive backlog and I haven't received an item I ordered back in the middle of December in this country.

Covid and Christmas, both reasons for not expecting it in a hurry. In fairness mid December is a bad time to be ordering anything and expecting it in a hurry. Also Brexit is going to have and effect on incoming and outgoing parcels if you live in the uk. The Tru was very slow to arrive during the first covid wave, six weeks by boat! After the first wave it still took 2/3 weeks by airmail. I think you will have to be patient

Thanks, it's not hearing anything from them thats got me a bit worried, also that it hasn't been marked as shipped. I'm expecting it to take a few weeks but it would be nice to know whether it's been shipped or not. Yes I'm in the UK.

My furst order took 8 weeks to arrive and chris was very apologetic but unfortunately back log of orders and christmas and covid, means nothing quick from other countries

It’s probably the way it’s shipped as I order stuff from wish (not thyroid meds) and three weeks later I had my order, I don’t know any contact abroad for thyroid meds as I don’t have a trusted seller and to many scammers around because of Covid and messing with peoples health

I did receive my tru thyroid order along with a lovely keyring. I found some Thyroid S I didn't realise I had and so have only just started the tru thyroid. I will update on here. 🤞🤞🤞🤞
