I have been a week with no T3 after taking 25mcg for a year. Unfortunately I am unable to get it where we live. I find myself feeling increasingly "flat" demotivated, lethargic. I did increase my T4 by 25mcg. Any suggestions what to do to improve my energy. What options do I have going forward. Feeling despondent as I was doing well on the T3. Thank you,
