Any got any thoughts on the following. General experiences welcome.
Before I was diagnosed Hashi (2+ years ago) I started to develop mild to moderate sleep apnea . Within a few weeks of starting Levo it disappeared which GP could explain.
2 years on under the first lockdown, I raised my Levo slightly (12mcg per day) for other reasons. Within weeks I got chronic sleep apnea to point I could not function during day. I took a short levo break and continued on a lower dose. SA disappeared overnight though I did get myopathy, so built Levo back up bit more, myopathy disappeared and generally was optimal for about a month.
Now on what under second lockdown my SA is starting to creep back in. Mild to moderate again.
Not sure which way to go.... more or less Levo or seek other solutions. Any thoughts?
Am on 3000UI vitd/k2 spray, B12 and a bit of B complex spray and the odd Selenium when I remember. Gluten free (mostly). Alcohol free (intolerant)
thank you in advance for any suggestions.
