My husky voice

Hi has anyone developed a husky voice mine is really bad I’ve had it for over a year doctor sent me to speak therapy which was a waste of time and I stopped going was wondering if maybe this is a symptom of overactive thyroid .

I have an underactive thyroid and my voice goes hoarse/croaky when undermedicated?I don’t know if that would also be a symptom of overactive thyroid?

Jenny 309,That’s how I was diagnosed with an under active thyroid. My GP mentioned how croaky my voice was and was it sore.. when I said it’s always like that, she started tests !

I’ve got hyperthyroidism but my voice is horrible
