Hello all, when I wake up I feel my whole body tensed and cramped. Of does go away than but overall I bite nails tinteling hands feet tensed arms. Anyone famimiair with this? My calciumlevels yes abo were high and perhaps my thyroid glands not working good but my gp doesnt want to check it. Nor my b12. Etc as all were in their range 6 months ago.

Yes Assiya, I used to have what I think is the same, I'd wake in the night/morning feeling as if my muscles had shortened and I'd have to consciously relax my muscles again. I don't have it now and am on T3, which could be coincidence as I think it had stopped before starting T3. I often take a magnesium, calcium, K-whatever and D supplement at night now (have osteopoenia) and think that's more likely to explain it having stopped. Any help?
