Low T4, what to do?

In 2017 I started with NDT x 1 (thyroid-s) and later after trying to raise and pooling resulting in RT3 I added some T3 x 1 (unifarma), both taken when I wake, I really felt a lot better up until this summer, I ran out of T3 in July due to supplier issues and at end of August my TSH was 3.186 (range 0.55-4.78) T4 13.30 (range 10.3-24.5) & T3 3.9 (range 3.5-6.5) Just after these bloods my T3 arrived (cynomel) and I started back on it but after 3 months still feel crap, blood results taken two weeks ago show TSH down to 0.15, T3 was marked for bloods but not on results but T4 was very low at 6.57 range (10.3 - 24.5). I’ve never had low T4 before so looking for advice on how to correct my T4 levels?

You really need to see the T3 results. When you are on NDT or T3 only, your T4 will normally be low. T4 is inactive until conversion to T3.

I’m raging as it was on the sheet but not on the results!! I am on both NDT and T3
