Hello, PLEASE HELP!!!

Did anyone had any luck getting on Thyrogold from the beginning of the diagnose. I got diagnosed with Hashi about 2 y ago. And never too anything. But my TSH is 21 my t4-5; t3-31; free t4-1.6.

I really wanna take the natural route....

Are you based in the U.K.

Generally it’s far better and easier to start on levothyroxine

NDT doesn’t suit many people and it’s not a “natural” option....like all replacement thyroid hormones the tablets contain fillers and binders

Is your TSH 21?

If so.....You obviously need starting on thyroid hormones

The Ft4 and Ft3 results and ranges don’t make sense - please double check

Likely very low vitamin levels

Important to regularly retest vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12

What vitamin supplements are you currently taking

As you have Hashimoto’s are you on strictly gluten free diet

I am from USA ,Levo side effects not something I want to mess with.
