If anyone can advice please... I'm having pins and needles and itchy skin with severe tiredness. Have had a Thyroidectomy 20 years ago.
Lots of good tests already done.
Nothing showing.. not sure what else I can do.

Hello Yvonne.. I can’t see any of your History .. so don’t know anything of what’s happened with you over the past 20 years. I’m glad you’ve come for advice.
Do you have a recent set of blood results .
And if so , could you please post them to let us see what the situation at the moment is with you ... as well as any other information that could be useful .
Lots of people will read your Post and be most helpful.. I assure you .
Take care .. M🌹
Hi,What are your B12 levels like? As suggested if you could post your blood results that may be useful. 😊
Welcome to the forum
How much levothyroxine are you currently taking
Do you always get same brand
What vitamin supplements are you currently taking
First thing is, do you have any actual blood test results? if not will need to get hold of copies.
You are legally entitled to printed copies of your blood test results and ranges.
The best way to get access to current and historic blood test results is to register for online access to your medical record and blood test results
UK GP practices are supposed to offer everyone online access for blood test results. Ring and ask if this is available and apply to do so if possible, if it is you may need "enhanced access" to see blood results.

In reality many GP surgeries do not have blood test results online yet
Alternatively ring receptionist and request printed copies of results. Allow couple of days and then go and pick up.
Important to see exactly what has been tested and equally important what hasn’t been tested yet
Far too frequently only TSH is tested
For full Thyroid evaluation you need TSH, FT4 and FT3 tested. Also EXTREMELY important to test vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12
Low vitamin levels are extremely common, on just levothyroxine, especially as we get older
Ask GP to test vitamin levels
Add results and ranges if you have any
Recommended on here that all thyroid blood tests should ideally be done as early as possible in morning and before eating or drinking anything other than water .
Last dose of Levothyroxine 24 hours prior to blood test. (taking delayed dose immediately after blood draw).
This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip)
Is this how you do your tests?
Private tests are available as NHS currently rarely tests Ft3 or thyroid antibodies or all relevant vitamins

Pins and needles is frequently linked to low B12
Hi, as others have said lots of possible causes, so posting results would be really helpful. First thoughts would be B12 and liver function. Also possibly a blood sugar imbalance - check fasting glucose has been done (might be pre-diabetes or even pre pre-diabetes - seemingly small imbalances can cause issues for some).
tool much Levo ? try having a rest from it for a few days
Thank you all for those useful comments and advice. My blood tests are pending but GP has not tested for vitamin levels or Thyroid.
Previous bloods were all OK.. this time he's testing for Celiac and numerous other potential causes.
I've just sent off for a Thyroid test on line and also a vitamin B12 test. I' ve had a Thyroidectomy in the past so it is possible that its Thyroid again.
My GP is saying it's anxiety... I know there's something wrong. I also have red palms on my hands and am constantly itching.
I will try and access my blood results through the surgery.
Thank you all so much.
Hope I'm using this site correctly!
Yvonner2, if I were you I would ask for liver function tests and an abdominal ultrasound to rule out something going on there.
