Hello, so my doctor just increased my t4 from 100mg to 120mg and he lowered my T3 from 40 mg to 30 mg. However still have symptoms. Does anyone feel like scared, shakiness within your body like weak legs. If so can anyone tell me what vitamins they take to improve symptoms. Thank you

Before taking any vitamin supplements, you need to know whether or not you have low levels or deficiencies and take whatever is necessary. You need to test to core vitamins:
Vit D
B12
Folate
Ferritin
Come back with results, including reference ranges, plus units of measurement for Vit D and B12, and we can tell you if you need to supplement.
Looking at your previous post it would seem that you are undermedicated
Free T3 2.6 Range: 2.3-4.2
Free T4 0.55 (low) Range: 0.61-1.12
You need to give any dose change 6-8 weeks to stabilise your levels then retest.
Why don’t you put your lab results up to see if someone can direct you a bit better?
