Hypothyroidism sufferers are on the list so I feel we should be included too.

I’m sorry you don’t have more signatories to your petition. I, personally, have shared as much as I can but the problem is, I don’t think the ordinary “man in the street” quite understands thyroid issues and therefore has no comprehension. It’s such a shame that, with 112,000 plus members of this forum, so few have “joined in”
Signed and shared I totally understand your difficulties being unable to work now and attempting to sort benefits. I’m over 60 and no longer pay for scripts otherwise I wouldn’t be able to pay currently. Good luck to you and let’s get this signed folks x
Hello,
I did not know about this and can't believe you do not receive the same benefit as hypo sufferers, I have signed and shared your post.
Good luck and keep safe xx
Thank you , from a fellow Yorkshire lass x
I have signed and shared. It always surprises me what is on the exemption list and what isn’t. My husband has Parkinson’s and we pay for the yearly certificate which saves an awful lots of money. His medication is just as imperative now, whereas I am exempt. All very strange. People pay for blood pressure tablets and I think that’s pretty imperative! Masses of good luck with the petition.
Im shock to hear this. If us hypo sufferers dont have to.pay for our prescription then hyper sufferers shouldn't either. I just assumed all chronic Illnesses where excempt from paying... I've signed..... Let's get this sorted....

Seems the petition has ground to a halt now. Haven’t had a signature in a while. Thanks to all who signed but I think I’ll have to step down now
