Good blood results, and hypothyroidism - Thyroid-S

I take 5 grains of Thyroid-S. I felt great, but since December last year my symptoms of hypothyroidism started to come back: water retention, sleepiness, lack of energy, depressive states. I was looking for reasons in overtraining, in sex hormones, I reduced the amount of training, I took care of the caloric content of the diet, but I did not notice any improvement. I began to wonder if it was a drug issue.

When I was feeling great I was taking T-S bought directly from Thailand. In November last year, I started taking T-S from another supplier, a month ago I started another bottle - also from another supplier. Two weeks ago, this supplier asked how I felt about this T-S batch - his customers reported him feeling worse (it's a batch produced after 2018).

I did blood tests, fT4 is around 30% and fT3 is around 80%, so I should be fine. But it's not like that

Is it possible for the results to be good and I am hypo?

Yes, I added another tablet. The results don't always tell the whole story. I was exhausted, broken nails, dry hair, etc. I added one more tablet and I was good. My results actually did not change that much.

Now since there is no Thyroid S or any Thai NDT, after 9 years I had to go back to synthetic T4 and T3 which has reminded me why I was on NDT in the first place. Again my numbers look great, but I feel horrible.

Maybe add another tablet or even half and see how you feel.
