Changing dose through the seasons

Just that really how do people who self medicate particularly NDT alter their dose through the season? By how much? I’m all over the place with this last batch of Thai. Normally adjust by a quarter but this has been a cr*p shot!

When I was dosing with NDT I liked increasing /decreasing by 1/8 grains. Small adjustments made a huge difference.

Mine are sugar coated 1 grain tablets it’s a bit of a challenge trying to get a quarter never mind an 1/8th 😂
