I'm just picking up on greygoose and SeasideSusie advice to Shiqi in the previous post. I have a question but didn't want to hijack Shiqi thread.
If you take T3 together with your levo is there any guidance on how to adjust dose. I'm wondering if it's best to adjust the dose of both up/down as required or, just either Levo or T3.
I'm most definitely feeling hyper at the minute but will know for sure tomorrow when I pick up my latest results.
Always wait till you get results before adjusting anything...sometimes results are not what you expected

Feeling hyper doesn't always mean you are hyper. So, best to wait for the results before doing anything, given that you've already had the tests. 
Hopefully they've tested T3. They should as my GP knows i self medicate
Of course they should - every time! But the lab usually deems it unnecessary, even when the doctor requests it.
I know, it's bloody madness isn't it. What gives them the right to play God!
I think it's more a question of Who, rather than What. And I think the answer is: the NHS.
Hello salshep good afternoon I get the same thing either hypo or hyper. One minute I am hypo next I am hyper. I don’t know if it will settle eventually but I would not adjust anything as greygoose and Slowdragon has said because you can be hypothyroid with hyperthyroid symptoms . I noticed a pattern by recording notes on my iphone that I am hypo in the morning when I wake up a little hyper during the day and hypo at night.
It's so blooming frustrating. Just when you think your dose is about right and you feel half human lol.
I know stress is a major factor and unfortunately I'm going through a pretty stressful time as my hubby is very poorly 😔
Hello salshep yes I know it’s frustrating as anything I feel hypo in the mornings and hyper during the day and hypo at night. Constant up down up down cycle and one minute I have no energy and feel fatigue don’t want to do much and the next I am like I am a athlete lol I have anxiety and depression which definitely doesn’t help much and like yourself have stress with dealing with stupid doctors and other problems. I also get palpitations and they can be alarming to say the least let alone memory problems and forgetfulness. I am also having to adjust my Levothyroxine less in the summer more in the winter it’s weird how it works.
I get palpitations and an odd sensation like my heart is beating in my throat. I believe that's the antibodies attacking my thyroid. Very disconcerting
Hello salshep yes it is is very concerning. I do get that sensation and feeling like my heart is banging and rattling and about to jump out of my chest . Had ECG test done and came back clear. I also get a tightness in my throat and feeling like something is stuck so I am thinking goitre but have a Ultrasound on neck and thyroid on 16th January to check. So hopefully I have not got one but if I do have a goitre at least I know and can get treatment for it . Muscle stiffness twitching and fatigue is very bad for me at times and can be a hassle to deal with.
