Hi all, I ordered some T3 from Mexico in June and recently received an email from the supplier saying they had posted the parcel and the Mexican post office had returned it saying "Insufficient address". It had the same address I always give. They apparently sent it again but it came back for the same reason. The only thing I can think of is that it was addressed to the UK rather than England. Has anyone else had this problem?

The fact that the address says UK wont have caused a problem, that is what is normally put for any of the 4 nations within the UK, be it England, Scotland, Wales or N.Ireland. All postal systems, regardless of country, will know what UK means.
Could the problem be with the supplier rather than the Mexican post office? Please don't name the supplier on the forum.
Ask the supplier what address they are using. They may have typed it into a database wrongly.
Maybe it should have read United Kingdom instead of UK.
I don't know if this will be helpful:
it's quite unusual for mail order pharmacies to use a valid return address so in some ways you are lucky. Personally I've never received any international mail where they used the word England in my address, it's always been UK.
