Helicobacter/ lansoprozale and interaction with taking NDT

Hi

I av been really ill for over a year caught helicobacter and have had atleast 5-6 different triple therapy antibiotics to get rid of it the tests show now it's clear even tho I don't feel well but I was wondering as now the specialist has kept me on Lansoprozale as getting really severe burning in my stomach and abdomen and acid symptoms but I am feeling really brain fogged and get headaches and feel like a zombie even more than I normally do with hashimotos does anyone know or have had experience of these symptoms taking lansoprozale and does it interact with taking NDT?

Always take your thyroid meds well away from other medications. I'm not sure if the following will be helpful:

There is some evidence of Helicobacter interfering with autoimmune disease like Hashimoto's but the effects of antibiotic treatment with thyroid hormone takers is a bit controversial:
