Previously, I had a blood panel done- the Thryroid Check UltraVit rt3 blood test with Medicheck.
I have since been prescribed hrt and am taking Metavive and I know that I am supposed to do another panel of blood tests in a few weeks/regularly to check how things my levels are since being prescribed these things. From memory, this particular test was not cheap and also, not sure if the company that did my blood draw is back working and i found it impossible to find anyone in my locale willing to do a blood draw.
So I wondered if any of the finger prick tests would suffice going forward and if so, which one?
Thanks in advance

I'm not sure they include the rT3 test anymore but you don't need it anyway, there are many reasons for high rT3 and the test can't tell you why it's high. The only reason high rT3 could be connected to the thyroid is if there is an excess of unconverted T4 and that would show with a high FT4 and low FT3 anyway.
Do you want vitamins included? If so then their ULTRAVIT WITH FOLATE includes all of them but that has to be a venous blood draw. Their ULTRAVIT no longer includes folate but can be done by fingerprick.
If you want the full vitamins, folate included, consider Blue Horizon Thyroid PREMIUM GOLD which can be done by fingerprick, details of discount code here:
Thanks Seaside Susie for these options, I may have to opt for the Blue Horizon as I am supplementing with Vitamin D and need to check those levels also.
If ever you want just a Vit D test then you can do this with a private fingerprick blood spot test with an NHS lab which offers this test to the general public for £29:
