There is a paper in the Lancet Diabetes and Endocrinology which advocates vitamin D as a factor inhibiting covid attack. The link with this forum is simply that so many hypothyroid individuals have low vitamin D and that this can link hypothyroidism to increased chance of catching covid with a poorer outcome.

Yes I'd heard this research from a number of news outlets - I already take vitD (unsurprisingly) but have finally got the rest of my family on it with this latest news!

Very interesting....

I am due to take INVITA 25000iu this evening....But, although I'm aware we need VitK2-Mk7 for vit D to go to bones...

Does Vitk2-mk7 need to be taken with VitD3 (or at different time)????please
