Dear All - Your help is very much appreciated as this is the only treatment that gives me a quality of life. My NHS doctors are refusing to continue prescribing it (I have been using it for well over a decade) and I am very eager to locate a reliable and reputable source - which is probably an overseas company that will deliver to the UK.
