Hoping to draw on your collective knowledge and experience of what information to take to doctor appointment. I’ve not seen this dr before (is on thyroid uk list) so I’m hoping for a more sympathetic ear. I want to be able to sort as much information as possible prior to visit re symptoms rather than a vague list of stuff. I’ve printed out my medichecks results to take but wondered if there where any best practice tips that people had learned or things I should be asking about
Thank you

which means TSH was in range (which hopefully won't mean the discussion begins and ends there) but you also have Hashis and your Ft4 is a feeble 17% through range and Ft3 only a bit better at 21.3% ...
... so the key question is - how do you feel?
I'd guess not great, or you wouldn't have done the blood tests. Make a list of your symptoms. Point out your family history. Often a good idea to take someone with you - ideally a MAN as so many doctors see us women as silly hormonal creatures not really worthy of their time - and especially if you are at all "brain-foggy". Someone who can say that you're not at your best.
