I’ve been struggling with weight loss for years with no changes, IBSD for the past year, genetic tremors, and extreme fatigue. My grandpa has hyperthyroidism, but other people in my family have diabetes. Doctors aren’t helping here are my last tests from last week. Hoping someone can help! I was also FASTING which is concerning to me.
I also want to add that my A/G ratio was very high. My globulin was on the lower end of normal, but my albumin was off the chart at 5.3g/dL which is considered high. Also remember I was fasting at this point idk if it matters with those. My vitamin D level was basically the lowest to be considered “normal” which was 30ng/mL

No diagnosis for anything except essential tremor, ibsd, and migraines. Not taking thyroid medication..I thought it was strange that my vitamin D was so low, calcium on the high side (parathyroid hormone?) also my blood sugar is super high! I was fasting..and I’ve never had issues with this before no pre diabetes talk or anything line that. The doctor hasn’t called to talk to me about the results yet, but has referred me to a endocrinologists if I wanted to get more tests on hormones. I have a racing heart most of the time, the worst being in the morning. Doctors keep saying I’m fine, and that it’s anxiety. Started anti anxiety meds with my usual propranolol to help with tremors and anxiety overall a few months ago.
