Hi Everyone,

The results below are from 6 weeks on 150mcg. I've now been on that for 8 weeks. I'm seeing my endo tomorrow. I do feel better but feel like there is still room for improvement. Do you see a need for a slight increase? Like perhaps alternate a day or 2 of 175mcg?

TSH - 1.21 (.45-4.5)

T4 - 8(4.5-12)

T3 - 89(71-180)

FT4 - 2.2(1.2-4.9)

FT3 - 2.9(2.0-4.4)

Oh! With results like that I'd want the full 25 mcg increase and then some. Your FT3 is right at the bottom of the range, and your FT4 is not even mid-range. You're under-medicated.

Are you regularly testing vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12

What vitamin supplements are you currently taking

Yes all vits checked and they were excellent. The vit D was in the 80s. B12 was just over the top of the range. Folate and Ferritin were in the upper range. I take 10K vit D and a probiotic daily. I have PA so I've done a B12 injection every other week for years and have no issues. I take no other supplements since it wasn't indicated on the bloodwork. Thanks!
