I just had my thyroid results back from monitor my health.
TSH 1.76 (0.7-4.2)
Thyroxine 21.8 (12-22)
Thyodothyronine 5 (3.1-6.8)
It’s strange because last week I was told my TSH was slightly elevated.
Is it normal to fluctuate like this in just a week?
The reason I got these tests is because of how unwell I’ve been feeling, tingling limbs, fatigue, nausea and loss of appetite and strange sensations over my body.

Did you do the MonitorMyHealth test early morning (no later than 9am) before eating and drinking anything other than water?
Did you do the other test the same?
TSH is highest early morning and lowers throughout the day. Eating can lower TSH and coffee affects TSH.
Do you take Biotin or a B Complex containing Biotin? If so did you leave it off for 7 days before the test. Taking Biotin can give false results when Biotin is used in the testing procedure (most labs use it).
Pity you didn't use Medichecks or Blue Horizon and have thyroid antibodies done, that would have told us if you have Hashimoto's (autoimmune thyroid disease) as levels fluctuate when Hashi's is present.
I stupidly did it at 10:30am. I hadn’t drank any coffee but I have been taking B supplements ever since feeling unwell two weeks ago.
I’m kicking myself now for not using the other companies to check the antibodies. If I don’t start to see an improvement in my health maybe i’ll go and order them in a few weeks time.
So levels fluctuate more than normal if you have Hashimoto?
B multivitamin, B12 sublingual spray, D3, Vit C with zinc, magnesium to spray on the skin. My B complex contains biotin i’ve just checked. I didn’t realise this would have an effect.
I had B12 and folate levels checked and they were ok. But I’ve been taking the supplements to help give me a boost. They didn’t check my vitamin D levels but I would expect them to be low due to having job in a darkened room, not having spent much time outdoors etc.
