White thick spit and blocked

Hi. I have hashimottos disease. For 5 days really struggling, as if throat bone dry, swalling terrible and horrid pure white thick spit. Has anyone got this problem? Nose always blocked feeling and need to clear constantly. Back of throat really bad from nose.

Sounds like an infection of some sort, rather than anything to do with your thyroid.
