Use LDN

Has any one self medicated with LDN ?

I have been advised that it relieves chronic fatigue caused by an under active thyroid

I have some LDN from Singapore but rather nervous about using it

I just started LDN on Monday, I can't really comment on anything as it's too early but just so you know other people are thinking along the same lines as you.

Ive been using it for many months. I was diagnosed last year and very poorly. I was titrated up too slowly, so just getting better now so I couldnt say for definite because Ive not been well yet to tell the difference. I take 4.5mg in the morning and if I forget I feel that my throat gets painful in one spot. So I am going to continue taking it x
