A time for reflection and energy reset

I have been faced in the last few months, with the effects of my another relapse of my Graves disease and also more recently, I have been inundated by emotions, triggered by the recent events of social inequality and injustice. It has brought to my mind memories that I have tried to forget and thought it did not deserve much of my attention. About 5000 years ago, ancient seers in the East called these memories, Samskaras, impressions in our mind from our life experiences. The truth is, that these same experiences that I have tried to ignore and think not much of it, have caused an emotional turmoil which I have tried to suppress, until now. So now, I reflect that I have been ignoring a problem that affects not only me but also millions of other individuals that actually, may not be as fortunate as I am. There have been tears and moments of despair but, I have decided to take action, I have decided to find strategies to help me and hopefully others to heal by taking a step or a few at a time, steps for healing.

Hello again Edna

Graves does seem to be a stress and anxiety driven auto immune disease.

The more able you are to work on your " you " the more beneficial :

Acknowledging your " inner you " and buried emotions a massive step forward to healing :

I know I mentioned Elaine Moore to you before and that is where my journey started for me. Some 10 years after RAI thyroid ablation for Graves Disease.

Better late than never - take good care - there isn't a quick fix and we don't necessarily fit into any guidelines that make any sense to us.

P.S.

We are so much more than the sum total of our parts.

Hello thank you for your reply.

How have you been since your thyroid ablation has it helped?

Kind Regards

Edna.

Hey there Edna

Put simply " NO " - details are on my profile page should you wish to take a look:

I've also written quite a lot of replies on here, mostly with the same information I gave you a couple of months ago :

My viewpoint hasn't changed and my health only improved when I came out of the NHS system and self medicated with full spectrum thyroid hormone replacement and have had to become my own dyslexic doctor at age 69 - some 4 years ago !!!!

Thank you for your candid and honest response, I will have a look at your posts. I have decided to use more natural methods including ayurveda and spiritual healing and it has helped me a lot. I felt bad before but now I am realising that I am just honouring my inner teacher and inner intuition.

Thank you again,

Kind Regards

Edna
