Can anyone help me by telling if u can have low white cell count with hashimoto because my wife had. A full blood count test and white cells came back low which could be many reasons but I wondered if any of u guys have heard of it being a hashi symptom ???🙏

Yes, lower WBC/lymphocytes with such autoimmunity is reported. Check lymphocyte post a few days ago when I replied to someone else or pm me for link
It may well be connected as each time I get full bloods check, my white blood count is always low and out of range. I have Hashimotos for 13 years. My GP told me to ignore it. So I’m not 100% sure.
