What do these blood results indicate?

Hello all, so after posting my last results when I was 700mcg of Levo and being completely over medicated, I slowly reduced my T4 down to 300mcg and added Raw Dessicated Bovine thyroid.

My moods are stable, cms are coming off. I am not as exhausted after exercise and incorporating whole food way of eating. However I still struggle with digestion and constipation...Sorry for the TMI.

I am waiting my reverse T3 since that was at 90 last time.

What do you think of the latest results? T3 is within range but I dont really understand what the rest means, particularly the inflammation.

300 mcg is still a lot! Your free T4 is still over-range and your TSH is suppressed but your free T3 is now in range. I'm not sure that reverse T3 is particularly useful when you are generally over-medicated. Maybe reduce the levo further until it goes into range and add a bit more raw dessicated bovine if free T3 goes too low? Or try some T3 in the mix? Are you taking magnesium citrate to help with constipation?

Oh and also papaya enzymes and ultra probiotic with lactobacillus acidophilus 7.5 billion and bifidobacterium lactis 7.5 billion organisms.

It actually starts off as constipated then later in the day loose 😑
