Can anyone recommend a good supplement that doesn't cost more than £10 as unable to work due to mental health problems.

Unlikely to find a good supplement below £10.
D3 is cheap, K2 is expensive so a combined supplement wont be cheap.
Avoid combination tablets, they are the least absorbable although they would be the cheapest but not the best.
If both D3 and K2 are in tablet form the will compete for fat, both need fat to be absorbed and if not in an oil based form of supplement then they'd need to be taken at different times of the day, each one with some dietary fat.
Look for oil based soft gels, eg Doctor's Best D3 which have D3 and extra virgin olive oil, these are very good quality and very reasonably priced.
Vitabay K2 is good, I take it, but in tablet form which must be taken with some fat - best value is amazon.co.uk/Vitamin-natura...
or this is a K2 in oil which is also very good amazon.co.uk/Vitamin-K2-Liq...
PS - I don't know of a D3/K2/Magnesium combined supplement, and if there is such a thing I doubt the amount of magnesium would be enough. The usual dose of magnesium in a stand alone supplement is 350-450mg. You also need to check out which form of magnesium is helpful for the individual's needs, check out the following links which explains what the different forms are useful for:

Hi, this combination is available within your budget from Phoenix Nutrition on ebay. I use their K2 and other products myself.
Nature's Best (online) do a kind of High Street price range, but I think their stuff is generally more reliable than Holland and Barrett's own brand. (H&B's no flush niacin once caused massive flushing in me - may have been a faulty batch!) Nature's Best's co enzyme Q10 is very good. They also do soluble Magnesium Citrate powder. If your budget can stretch a bit further though you will find better quality Magnesium - it's a tricky mineral to absorb. My husband uses a Glycinate form. There are also Better You Magnesium gels and lotions sometimes on 2 for 1 offers in high street stores (like H&B).
Re Magnesium: I read this article drliptan.com/blog/2016/4/27... a few years ago. You could make your own magnesium oil very cheaply. Buy a bag of magnesium flakes (£3.50 ish) Boil some water and leave it to cool so you can just put a finger in it comfortably ( the temperature isn’t crucial) Start to add magnesium flakes, stirring the solution. When you reach a saturated solution ( when flakes start to remain in the water because the water has absorbed all it can) leave it to cool. Either put in a spray bottle or another bottle and store in a dark, cool place. Put the remaining flakes in a screw top jar or airtight container to use in your next batch. You’ll easily make a years supply for about £3.50. I’ve used this and no longer get restless legs.
Important to note: You would apply this externally, where it hurts. Is that correct?
Oh God yes!!! Don’t anyone drink it. That’s why I put the doctor’s article in my list as she explains how it’s absorbed through the skin. Thanks for pointing out what I should have made obvious.
