Beans, chickpeas, lentils; you can get all these in tins.

Or if you want supplementary protein rather than dietary, I get my whey from The Protein Works website online. They do a vegan protein supplement as well, that will be dairy free, not sure about soy though.

But unless you're doing loads of exercise, trying to gain muscle or lacking in normal dietary protein then you shouldn't need to supplement.

I don’t know what Sileva is. Stevia? However, Form Nutrition do some good ones that I also use for smoothies. I’ve tried a couple of their Performance Protein flavours. In my opinion they’re the best vegan proteins out there.

Eggs provide the most complete protein, in terms of the amino acids your body needs to function. To date there are no genetically modified hens capable of producing stevia-infused eggs, so you’re in luck on this front as well.

Pea protein powder, on the other hand, is often flavored with stevia to moderate the unpleasant taste. This fails to correct the nutritional disadvantage of the incomplete peptide profile.

Shun the peas and embrace the eggs 🥚!

I use shelled hemp and Sacha inchi powder which are both good sources of protein in my smoothies
