Timings of Levo and T3 prior to testing

Hi all! Hope everyone is keeping well at this very strange time. I wondered if someone could advise me how to adjust my dose timings prior to a medichecks test please? I know it’s 24 hours prior to the test for Levo and 8 to 12 for t3 but I generally take my morning meds about 4am (75 or 100 Levo and 10 mcg t3) and then another 10mcg t3 about 3pm. I intend to do the test on Tuesday around about 8.30am. Would it be ok to take the last dose of Levo on Monday at 8.30am along with 10mcg t3, then split the next dose up taking 5mcg t3 at about 3pm and another 5mcg at about 8.30pm? I think this should work but just wanted to check. Thanks.

Testing Tuesday at 8.30am.

Last dose of Levo plus first dose of T3 should be 8.30am on Monday.

Last dose of T3 should be between 8.30pm and midnight on Monday. If you normally take T3 in 2 doses then it's up to you whether you stick to 2 doses or split into 3. I take mine in 2 doses but I don't split into 3 the day before the test.

Thank you. I didn’t want to leave too big a gap between doses of t3 (i.e. from 8.30am until 8.30pm) so thought that splitting the dose up would make things easier and ensure that I could take last dose at the correct time.

Wouldn't the time gap be roughly the same for your 2 doses of T3 though?

Normally 4am and 3pm.

Day before test 8.30am and 8.30pm.
