If your TSH went that high, I would be questioning whether you actually have Grave's and if you're really on the right treatment. On your last thread SlowDragon asked you some questions about blood test results which you never answered. Were you ever tested for Grave's with TRAB or TSI results? It's difficult for anyone to help you without all the details. But, you would certainly appear to be over-medicated with unimazole and were possibly given the wrong diagnosis in the first place.
Thanks for the reply
I was tested for tsi antibodies and found 7,70 (normal <1,70
OK So, it just looks like you're over-medicated at the moment. Can you contact your doctor and ask for advice?
You need to stop taking it for a while and then ask for a blood test to check your levels. Are you in Greece? I was not monitored by my Endocrinologist and my TSH was 9 and I felt really ill. Your Doctor should be checking what your levels are can you contact them? How are you feeling at the moment?
Thanks for replying
Yes I’m in Greece
I’m feeling ok at the moment
I just contacted my doctor she told me to stop taking it
She said that I should repeat the tests in about a month
She is surprised I turned so quickly from hyper to hypo and she needs to recheck tsi antibodies
What is the range for the FT3 test ...although that does look low by any of the ranges we typically see, and I’m surprised you still feel well, especially if you were recently hyper.
Graves’ doesn’t always act predictably, but that is a very fast swing.
