Admin please help

The daily emails from Thyriod Uk and PA have stopped.

The last ones I have received was on 5 April.

I have tried several times to fix this with no joy.

Can you help please, I am so missing them.

I too am having trouble with my posts. I have tried a few times with HU but, having got it back once, it has now vanished again. I can access posts in a roundabout way, but this is time-consuming. I hope we get back to normal soon.

This seems like a yearly occurance for me.

I am not aware that I have changed anything at my end.

I hope you get your access fixed.

If you have checked your settings and ticked what emails you are happy to receive but are still not receiving them, then you will need to contact Support at HealthUnlocked, it's not something that the forum Admin can sort out for you I'm afraid.

I haven't had any problems with receiving mine. When you contact Support, tell them what operating system and browser you are using, eg Windows 10 and Firefox, etc.

Wondering if you’ve had any luck. I’ve contacted support and had no response. My settings are all as before, so the problem must be at HU.
