Bio identical DHEA query

I am trying to source the bio identical hormones DHEA and Progesterone without a prescription as a matter of urgency. I have been on these for 5 years whilst living in South Africa. Due to the corona virus I missed a referral letter from my gp, as I had to move out of my parents house and its taking so long to even get a patient summary sent to my new GP, let alone a new referral letter to book an appointment at a hormone clinic.

Whilst I'm waiting as I will soon be running out, I wanted to source some until I am able to get to a clinic which might take months rather than weeks under present conditions. Any advice would be great. Thank you.
