Your question is too vague.

What symptoms are you having that prompted you to post here?

Unrelenting feeling of not getting a satisfying breath, like something is pushing down on stomach when I try to take a deep breath. Not fatigued heart rate blood pressure as per usual and perfectly normal. I also take my oxygen saturation level and its fine 99-100. I do have gastritis and Hashimoto

Could be low iron and/or low ferritin, or low B12 and/or folate, or some kind of anaemia.

Alternatively you could be hyperventilating. Try lying down flat and breathing out as much as you can without forcing it, then breathe in slowly from your belly i.e. your belly should rise, not your shoulders. If it helps then you should research how to overcome hyperventilating. But be aware that hyperventilation can be triggered by low nutrients, and fixing those would be part of the cure.

Things to do some research on :

Hyperventilation

Over breathing

How to breathe properly

Belly breathing

Diaphragmatic breathing

7/11 breathing

Buteyko breathing

Breathing pattern disorder

There are probably dozens of other reasons for breathlessness and poor breathing, including being poorly treated for a thyroid condition of some kind.

And note that I am NOT a doctor.

How much levothyroxine are you currently taking

Do you always get same brand of levothyroxine

What vitamin supplements are you currently taking

When were thyroid and vitamin levels last tested?

Important to regularly retest vitamin levels

As you have Hashimoto’s are you on strictly gluten free diet or tried it?

For full Thyroid evaluation you need TSH, FT4 and FT3 Also EXTREMELY important to test vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12

Recommended on here that all thyroid blood tests should ideally be done as early as possible in morning and before eating or drinking anything other than water .

Last dose of Levothyroxine 24 hours prior to blood test. (taking delayed dose immediately after blood draw).

This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip, best not mentioned to GP or phlebotomist)

If/when also on T3, make sure to take last half or third of daily dose 8-12 hours prior to test, even if this means adjusting time or splitting of dose day before test

Is this how you do your tests?

Private tests are available. Thousands on here forced to do this as NHS often refuses to test FT3 or antibodies

thyroiduk.org.uk/tuk/testin...

For thyroid including antibodies and vitamins

Medichecks Thyroid plus ultra vitamin or Blue Horizon Thyroid plus eleven are the most popular choice. DIY finger prick test or option to pay extra for private blood draw. Both companies often have special offers, Medichecks usually have offers on Thursdays, Blue Horizon its more random

Come back with new post once you get results and ranges

Might be worthing checking out the condition GERD

I feel exactly like this, and I think it may be worry and panic. I really feel as if I can’t breathe and want to cough, but the pulse ox is fine, 97 or 98. I’m not meant to leave the house, and in the past I’ve managed to get rid of this kind of feeling by going for a walk. I do have lung disease, but it doesn’t seem to be that . I’m so glad I have the pulse oximeter or I would probably have asked paramedics to come half a dozen times. Worrying so much about everybody, especially health workers, but just everyone. If I read this post back, it just says to me, this person is mad with anxiety. Grief too, a dear dear friend died of this virus last week.

Love to all

Sounds like GERD.

Could it be what is called "Air hunger"? I had it for a while when undermedicated. There was no sense of panic or difficulty breathing out as you get with asthma. It was simply that breathing was hard work. I had to concentrate on breathing deeply and often enough or I would get breathless even when talking.

Thyroid hormone deficiency means that your body isn't getting enough energy to function well. That may include the breathing muscles.
